NYC Pumpkin Seeds - Organic pumpkin seeds that have been soaked and dehydrated to maintain their enzymes. The seeds are flavoured with nutritional yeast, organic soy sauce and organic cayenne pepper to make for a delicious appetizer that is high in protein, iron, zinc and vitamin B12.
Garden Salad - Grated organic carrot and organic beets served on a bed of fresh organic greens sprinkled with bit of organic celery, organic seeds and fresh herbs. Served with sweet balsamic vinaigrette.
Red Lentil Chilly - Organic red lentils cooked with organic tomatoes, fresh organic jalapeño peppers and other organic spices.
Served with potato fries (soft on the inside and crispy on the outside) and homemade organic ketchup sweetened with organic maple syrup.
Carrot Cake a la Raw Vegan with Cashew Lemon Kreme Cheeze (there are no nuts in the carrot cake so if anyone has allergies to nuts they can just eat the cake part without the topping)
